Refund policy.
Awkward. Sometimes you are not always going to like the result. And you know what? Thats ok. Thats life. Sometimes consultations get lost in translation, hair lingo can be confusing or what you see as warm or cool is not what a hairdresser knows as warm or cool. Sometimes, two humans simply do not jell well at all.. Anyway it can be awkward so this is here to help.
In the situation of the client being unhappy with the result - When booking in, you are agreeing to have me remedy any issues. This means, we will make another appointment and redo our consultation and re colour - complimentary, of course. If after a second visit, the client is still unhappy then a 50% refund of original appointment will be made.
Cancellation policy
Life happens and we cant always make our appointments, or your appointment may have to be moved.
A 48hour notice period is hugely appreciated, this enables me time to refill your appointment. I will always endeavour to do the same if any movements are needed to be made. I do understand sickness can make this impossible at times. In the case of a no-show, your account will incur a fee of 50% your appointment cost.
